What would you ask a polar scientist?

Ask the researchers what a penguin tastes like.
Just joking (they’re protected).
A question I would ask is, What career path should you follow if your goal was to work in the Antarctic? There must be a number of choices (science, maintenance, mechanics).

Shackleton’s men could have answered the penguin question I think.;)
I will indeed ask your question. I can anticipate the answer too. Study all the Math and Science and Physics you can in high school. It makes it much easier in college. All science is founded on Math and Physics.

Dear Dan, Have you thought about doing the boiling water experiment and tossing it into the air? I know my kids at school in KY would love to hear and see the results. As our temps. drop here that is an always exciting experiment for them to witness. How deep is the perma frost layer? My children want to know since it is so cold, does Antarctica have precipitation?
